Upon the request of the 2 Committee, the Council shall provide such staff support as 3 necessary. 4 (e) The Committee shall terminate on December 31, 5 1995, but may be extended by the Council for not longer 6 than five additional years unless otherwise determined by the 7 Congress. 8 9 FUNDING SEC. 9. (a) Effective October 1, 1984, there is author- 10 ized to be appropriated to carry out this Act such sums as 11 may be necessary. 12 (b) Contract authority under this Act shall be subject to 13 the general availability of appropriations. o HR 4356 IH |
