Q Yes. measurements, it is considerable. And right there at Hite the river in pretty wide. In low water there is quite a bar, and an inland generally, but in extreme high water that is all covered. I should think it is in the neighborhood of 20 feet, probably. Q Yes. Do you know whether there is a road out from North Wash in the west side of the Colorado? A Along the river? Q Yes. A Yes, the last work I done in that country was help- be abandoned, the floods had torn it up so; and we built it up there, so North Wash was more available. Q The road from Hite to North Wash was it on the east. Or the west side of the river? A On the west side. |
