Q And from there where did you go? A Well, we went from there down to the Colorado River, Where Hite is now -- " Dandy Crossing", they called it then. Q Was Mr. Homer Hite with you on that occasion? A He was in the party, yes, he and his father, my brother. Q And you have heard him detail the trip from Greenriver down to Hite? A Yes, sir. Q Does that correspond with you recollection of the trip? A Well, pretty much, yes. That was pretty nearly forty years ago. Q What relation are you to Cass Hite? A His Brother. |
