A Well, the lower Mississippi, from about Natchez, on to a little below New Orleans; the Caleasieu throughout its length; the Atchafaloya, from its head to below Melville, States Declamation Service. I know done some work in South America, In Chile, and in Mexico, and on the tributaries of the Ohio River West Virginia. Q Has your experience on rivers dealt with irrigation, or more with flood control or navigation. A Well, I have worked on all of them. For some time, I have had charge of irrigation workin the West for the Reclamation Service, on the Colorado River and its tributa-ries, or some of its tributaries. Q When did you first come to the Colorado River? A Well, I think about the year 1914 I was assigned to that work. Q What was your particular assignment?
