Show -3- which said lots are expressly reserved from the operation of this deed. To Have and to Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and privileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining and all the estate right, title, interest and claim whatever of the said party of the first part, either in law or equity, to the use and benefit of the said party of the second part and its assigns forever. In Testimony Whereof, the said Imperial Water Company No. 1, has hereunto caused its corporate seal to be affixed and these presents to be signed by its President and attested by its Secretary, the day and year first above written.
