freight and passenger transport lines of communication, conducted by electricity, motive power, gas, water, or any other force, substance or material, with their respective rights-of-way, whether said lines be terrestrial, maritime or aerial, as well as all other classes of works and constructions which may be used directly or indirectly in connection with the principal or auxiliary transactions of the "Sociedad." IX.-That of receiving money in the form of loans and making payment therefor, in the form and manner and with such terms and interest as shall be arranged, guaranteeing the payment of same, or the payment of debts of the "Sociedad" including such interest as shall have accrued thereto, by mortgage, security or deposit of all or any portion of its properties, or by the issuing of debentures. X.-That of issuing all manner of checks, promissory notes, drafts, vouchers, bills of exchange, stocks, bonds, debentures, sureties and other commercial documents of said "Sociedad," including that of acquiring by any lawful means, of possessing, negotiating, mortgaging, trading and selling, those pertaining to afore-named "Sociedad," or any other 'Sociedad,' corporation, company, firm or person, and that of entering into all manner of contracts, documents, public and private deeds, containing such clauses as may be conducive thereto. XL-That of loaning money in the form and with such guarantee and security as shall be esteemed necessary by the Board of Directors. XII.-That of acting as commissioner, attorney or promoter for other persons, companies and concerns, in the performance of such matters and transactions as shall be in accordance thereto.
