THIS INDENTURE Made the 3rd day of November 1922, between Imperial water Company Ho. 2 a corporation oreated and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of California, and doing business in the State of California, party of the first part and Imperial Irrigation District, a eorporation of the County of Imperial, State of California, party of the second part, WITNESSETH: That the said party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of *68,210.10 in hand paid by the said party of the second part, the reoelpt whereof la hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and quit claimed ani by these presents does remiss, release, sell, convey and quit claim unto the said party of the second part, and its assigns, forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand whioh said party of the first part has in and to all that oertain real property situated In the County of Imperial, State of California, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Al1 of the canal system or systems of the party of the first part, including all supply oanals, main and distributing laterals of every kind and nature whatsoever, flunes, syphons, spillways, oheoks, deliveries, oulvsrts and other structures owned, hell, used, controlled or enjoyed by the party of the first part, and all waste or drainage oanals used, held, owned, controlled or enjoyed by the party of the firat part, and all easements or rights of way owned, held, used, eontrelied or enjoyed by the party of the first part or to which the party of the first part has the right of use or enjoyment; also all reads or other transportation ways or linos and all lines of oemmtunloat ion oueh as telephone or telegraph owned, controlled or emjeyed by the party of the first part, together with the) franchises, •aaoawats) or rights of way for the s ime, and also together with all laad or servitudes owaod by the party of the first part or used la connection with said eaaal system each as •aajore homees- it being the latoatloa of this eonveyaaow to flit slain all of the Interest of the party of the fi ret part la aad to a«j aad all real pwperty aad •cmtmAee o«me4. h*M or |
