-7- XIII.-That of assuming responsibility of all or part of the assets and liabilities of any person, firm, company, "sociedad" or corporation, continuing" with the undertaking of same, regardless of what nature they shall be, engaging in any business negotiations or transactions which the Board of Directors shall decide to undertake. XIV.-That of becoming a member of any corporation, or of entering into any arrangement or transaction thereby forming a union of interests, participating in the speculations or dividing of profits with any other party, company, 'sociedad' or corporation. XV.-To fulfill as many operations and enter into such contracts as shall be necessary, useful or advantageous towards the accomplishment of the objects proposed, wether they be directly or indirectly connected with same. Fourth :-The duration of the "Sociedad," shall be for fifty years commencing from the date of the first General Meeting of Stockholders: Fifth :-The capital stock shall be Five Hundred Thousand ($500,000.00) Dollars, Mexican Silver, divided into five thousand registered common shares, having a value of one hundred ($100.00) dollars each, which shall represent actual cash for the total amount on hand, the names of the subscribers, and the number, value and amount of shares subscribed being as follows:-Willard J.
