Certified.] * * * * Number 173, One Hundred Seventy-three. * Volume #2. * * * * In Mexicali, Northern District of Lower California, on the twentieth day of August, one thousand nine hundred ten, before me, Attorney Miguel Lira y Lira, Judge of the First Instance of this Municipal District, duly authorized Notary Public, assisted by the witnesses Alfonso Villasenor and Luis B. Romero, both of legal age, the first being a widower and the second, married, employees and residents of this town, appeared Attorney William E. Parker, of legal age, married, and with habitation in Guaymas, State of Sonora; Engineer Rodolfo Casta-neda, of legal age, Engineer, married, and inhabitant of Nacozari, State of Sonora; Willard J. Doran, of legal age, married, and resident of Los Angeles, and William A. Inns, of legal age, married, being a merchant and inhabitant of Los Angeles, the two latter accompanied by Mr. Pablo Dato, of legal age, married, private employee, and resident of this locality, acting in the capacity of interpretor, due to the fact of the above-mentioned witnesses, not possessing a clear knowledge of the Spanish language, having taken formal oath before the signing Notary to loyally discharge his duty, said Notary testifying that witnesses are known to him, also as to their ability to enter into contracts, thereby obligating themselves, and stating further that they have agree to form a "Sociedad Anonima", in accordance with the terms prescribed within the present instrument and in the manner set forth in the following clauses: |
