Imperial Irrigation District, a corporation, of the County of Imperial, State of Clifornia, party of the second part, WITNESSITH: THAT the said party of the first part, for and In consideration f the sum of $907,266.70, In hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof Is hereby acknowledged, has remised, released, sold, conveyed and quit-claimed, and, by these presents, does remise, release, sell, convey and quit-claim unto the sail party of the second part, and its assigns forever, all the right, title.
