Show -3- of years and is fully familiar with the business of said Compania and the manner of its organization and of its existence and of its affairs as they have been conducted by the Directors of said Compania and as managed by the Manager of said Compania under the direction of the Directors of said Compania. That he has had extended experience in the organization of corporate organizations, the structure of which is the issuance of stock to stockholders, through which stockholders Directors are selected and elected, through which Directors the affairs of the corporate entity are managed and operated. The affiant is fully familiar with the Articles of the Compania de Terrenos y Aguas de la Baja California, designated as California Exhibit 160-A for identification herein, and that he knows the said Articles to be a correct and true copy of the Articles of said Compania so named as being the same Compania de Terrenos y Aguas owning and operating a canal system in Lower California, Mexico, from which water was taken through Lower California, Mexico, into Imperial County, California. That said Articles-Exhibit 160-A-are a true and correct copy of the Articles of said Compania and that said Compania is a duly organized, qualified and acting corporation under the laws of the United States of Mexico said area of the Northern District of Lower California, Mexico, being a Territory, not a State, at the time of the organization of said Compania. That said Compania is comparable in all respects to organizations known generally in the United States as a corporation, and that said Compania, as such a corporation, is still existent and in good standing and qualified under the laws of Mexico to act as said corporation under the terms the said Articles.
