Mr. Blackmar: Well, now, that might be a matter that the Special Master would want to be consulted about. The Special Master: Counsel for the State of Utah reserves the right to object to the admission of the any parts of Exhibit 86, but in case such objections are made, he is willing that the Government may recall Mr. Hoyt to testify personally to such matters as he may be competent to testify to; is that right?
