How far are we going into this question as to portions above the Locus? I do not want to interfere with you, but are we not going pretty far. The locus begins below Green River, and we have had evidence about conditions at Greenriver. Is it necessary to go into the conditions above Greeriver? Mr. Blackmar: I do not think that I care to interrogate Mr. Hoyt any further about what happened above Greenriver, or the conditions above Greenriver, except as shown in his report. But there will be evidence from time to time north of Greenriver, as to certain causes and conditions. The Special Master: I know, but specific changes of channel above Greenriver, how is that material? I mean, in general, the testimony that the river throughout its whole length changes its channel is relevant; but is the Court assisted at all by evidence as to specific changes at specific points above Greenriver?
