Show 175 WILLIAM GLEN HOYT, a witness called by on behalf of the Complainant, and heretofore duly sworn, resumed the stand for further examination, and was further examined and testified as follows: DIRECT EXAMINATION-- CONTINUED. By Mr. Blackmar: Q Mr. Hoyt, when you reached the mouth of the San Rafael River, what did you do then? A Well, down to the mouth of the San Juan River we were traveling in the light rowboat. Q Where had that boat been obtained? A That boat had been stored at Moab, and had been used by other parties on the river at Moab, and we had it brought over to Greenriver by truck. Q Who brought it over? A The Moab Garage Company. Mr. Farnsworth: That is, brought up the San Rafael? Mr. Blackmar: No; brought up to Greenriver. The Witness: I beg your pardon. That particular boat that we had there had been stored at Salt Lake City, and was shipped in from Salt Lake City. By Mr. Blackmar: Q Was that a government boat? A That was a government boat; yes.
