I can not force that Government to put in any evidence that it does not want to put in. Mr. Farnswort: No; I was more directing my remarks to opposing counsel. The Special Master: I think my statement will cover it. Mr. Blackmar: Now, as to Exhibit 86. Mr. Farnsworth: ( Examining document) I think you stated, Mr. Blackmar, that it would be agreeable to you that this report go in, subject to the same conditions as certain of the documents were received under, without waiving the objections to any portions that were-- Mr. Blackmar: Matters of opinion? Mr. Farnswoth: Matters of opinion, yes. And that the matter of objection to it might be covered at a later stage of the case, by an objection that would merely indicate the subject- matter to which the objection was directed. Mr. Blackmar: That is satisfactory to me-- that is, that you reserve the right to object to it afterwards. Mr. Farnswoth: Yes, that my objection may be made at a later time.
