Show 262 The Special Master: What do you mean -- do you have them down to the mouth of the river? Mr. Collins: The last one is Yuma. The Special Master: That is pretty far down. I do not see how they can do any harm; but, of course, they encumber the record. Of course, if you gentlemen are going to print this record, it will add to the cost. I do not see how they are relevant, but if you show the connection later on, it might go in. Mr. Farnsworth: I do not see the slightest relevancy. The special Master: I do not see any harm, except that it will make a little more weight for Mr. Collins to carry out west and bring back. Mr. Farnsworth: In view of the identity of the Special Master and the situation with reference to a lot of this evidence, I do not care anything about it. I will not make an objection. But I understand that we will thresh out these questions at a later point in the case. the Special Master: I do not see the relevancy at all, but if he wants to have a complete record of the gauging stations down to Yuma, he can put them in now. They may have to come out later ( The document referred to was received in evidence and marked " Complainant's Exhibit No. 90.") Mr. Blackmar: I offer in evidence as Complainant's Exhibit No. 91, records of the gauging station at Topock, Arizona; complainant's 2225 |
