Mr. Blackmar: I offer this report in evidence as Complainant's Exhibit No. 86, and the accompanying pictures as Complainant's Exhibit No. 87. The Special Master: I suppose this has the same characteristics as Exhibit 75, has it? That is the report of a special survey and examination of the Colorado River at Moab, by W. G Hoyt? The Witness: It is a similar report. Mr. Blackmar: It is a similar report. Mr. Farnsworth: We object to this report, your Honor. We object to it as incompetent for any purpose. It is true that there is a lot in here that purports to be copies of other reports. In so far as those other reports, if produced here, would be material, we make no object to as incompetent, as to what he did there, or his conclusion with reference to any matter here stated ( indicating).
