At the time we were in there, the mean flow of the Colorado River was 4,900 second- feet. I have made a study of all of the stream flow records, and find that, on the average, there have been 205 days in each years when the flow is less than that amount. By Mr. Blackmar: Q How many days? A 205. On the average, there have been 22 days in Oc-tober; there have been 29 days in November; 31 days in Decem-ber; 30 days in January; 27 days in February; 27 days in March; 3 days in April, 1 day in July; 15 days in August; and 21 days in September.
