Show 32 INTERSTATE COMPACTS Utah, Act of Feb. 26, 1955 (Laws 1955, p. 313; Utah Code Ann. 1953, sec. 73-16-1). Wyoming, Act of February 9, 1957 (Laws 1957, p. 78; Wyo. Stat. 1957, sec. 41-486). Congressional consent to compact.-Act of March 17,1958 (72 Stat. 38) from which the text of the compact above set out is taken. Sec- tion 2 of this Act directed all agencies of the United States to "co- operate with the Bear River Commission * * * in any manner author- ized by law other than this Act, it being the purpose of Congress that the United States Government shall assist in the furtherance of the objectives of a Bear River Compact and in the work of the commission created thereby." Section 3 provided that "Any modification of the allocation of storage rights contained in Article V shall become effec- tive only when consented to by the Congress." Section 4 "expressly reserved" the right to "alter, amend, or repeal" the Act.
