Show 1 TOGETHER FORWARD Convention Call . - . . - THE FIFTEENTH ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE UTAH FEDERA TION OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S CLUBS WILL BE HELD AT CEDAR CITY, UTAH, ON MAY 1 and 2, 1937. For your information and our guidance, I quote the following Sections from By-Laws: ARTICLE III Section 1. two Each affiliated club not in arrears for dues shall be entitled to delegates for the first ten members and one delegate for each additional ten members or major fraction thereof. Officers of the Federation, including District Directors, Chair Standing Committees of the State Federation, and Presidents of local clubs shall be delegates to the State Convention by virtue of their office with Section 2. men of power to vote. Section 3. Any member of the State Federation who may be elected as an officer of the National Federation, or who may be appointed Chairman of Standing Committee of the National Federation, by virtue of her office, be a delegate with power to vote. Section 4. Each club any shall delegate shall be entitled to an alternate. ARTICLE IV the Section 1. The voting body shall consist of the Board of Directors and of duly accredited delegates, or in their absence, their alternates. Section 2. No delegate shall have more proxy shall be allowed. than one vote, and no voting by ARTICLE V Section 1. The committee on nominations shall be composed of one mem ber from each club, chosen by that club before the State Convention, and each club shall present the name of its member on the nominating committee to the State President at the first business session of the Board of Directors -of each Annual Convention.
