Brown expressed appreciation to all those who had taken She in the discussion. suggested that, alo part in accordance with the recommendation of the Second Vice-President adopted at this Convention, each club representative before the close of the Convention, submit a list of possible state chairmen with their qualI fications. She also called at.t ent.Lon to the recommendation of the Second Vice-President adopted at this convention, which states that the State President should call a meeting early in the fall of all Committee Chairmen in order that the work of all committees might be udfied, the State n program. Mrs. Brown expressed appreciation to the hostess clubs for the fine entertainment which they had provided for members at this Convention. Mrs. Olive Hansen, First Vice-President,. reported the action taken at the meeting held to appoint District Directors, and' stated that the following District Directors had been appointed: on Miss Clara Woodhouse, St. Dixie District George Miss Barbara Paxman, Provo South Central District Pearl Nielsen, Nephi Southern District Miss Julia Lynch, Salt Lake Central - - - City - District. She further reported that the Presidents of local clubs in districts where Directors had not yet been appointed would be contacted and that the list of Directors would be completed within a short time.
