Fry asked if copies of the revised onstitution and By-Laws might be printed for the use of local clubs. Miss Cheever suggested that the incoming state officers have new copies of the Constitutions printed, since it would be desirable to defer the printing until after the ational Federation had approved certain proposed changes in the National Constitution which would affect the State federations. Mrs. Ralls reported that typewritten copies of the present constitution would be sent to all club presi aents. The annual report of the-State Treasurer as printed in the State Bulletin was brought to the attention of the President aembers present by TreasUrer H.
