Hunter, President· Cheever read a letter from Mrs. Alta President of the Cedar City Club, listing the chair who. will act on the various committees for the Convention, follows: Convention Chairman, Mrs. Lillian Lunt; Regis tration Chairman, Lucile Swapp; Rine men as Housing Chairman, Mary hart; Publicity, Janet Rollo; Reception, Ruth Walker and Alta Hunter; Finance, Gladys McConnell; Entertainment, Beth Leigh and Mamie Ecke; Favors and Souvenirs, Francis Knott. Transportation, Luzon Anderson. The President stated group mentioned would work out the Convention plans that the President Cheever reported that time had not been taken at this meeting to report the 'various proposed amend ments to the Constitution, since they would be presented at the following Board meeting.
