Mrs. Maud Neeley Leaver, the immediate Past President, presented the "Past President's Guard" to·Miss Cheever, as an emblem of confidence and love. A copy of the remarks of Mrs. Leaver are attached and made a part of the minutes of this meeting. Miss Cheever, in Grace acceptance, expressed the pleasure she had had in working with members of the Federation and felt that as she wore the guard, it would be a standard to which she might hold, and expressed her appreciation to the Federation members. President Cheever called for unfinished or new business to come before the Convention. There being none, President Grace Cheever declared the Fifteenth Annual Convention of the Utah Federation of Business and Pro fessional Women adjourned.
