Leaver, Convention chairman, of state Bulletin to be $93.00, as cost reported d wi th oomoar-e $259.50 last year; which accounted fothe odesty of the present Bulletin. She stated that the printed prograus were the gift of Mr. and Mrs. Harrison of Roosevelt, Uteh. Mrs. Leaver' said that heretofore the Convention had opened 1ith the banquet, Saturday evening. She read the rules and regu18tions governing the Converrt i.on proceedings .and outlined the program; moving that the program as outlined in the Bulletin be adopted as the program of the Twelfth Annual Convention. Miss Fitzgerald seconded the motion and it car-r-Le d 1 rs. , that HI's. Leaver moved that the Board r-e comme nd during Convention meetings any person speakirg to a motion be limited to 3 minutes, and if such person w i ahed to speak 2. second time, she should not be ellowed to do so until all others who wished to talk had had an to do opportuni ty so; the second speech to be limited to 2 minutes. 1rs.
