I recommend that space in some safe storage vault be secured and maintained where all state files and records may be accummulated and kept so long as they are of value to the State Federation. 2. I recommend tha.t if revenues of the State Federation are increased to $1.00 per member, that the budget include a State speaker's traveling expense to each district and to each local club at least each year, as requisitioned by the district or Club, the Executive Committee to administer the plan. once 5. I recoend that if revenues of the State Federation are increased to $1.00 per member, that the budget include traveling expenses of the Executive Committee and Chairmen of Standing Committees to and from Committee and Board the mileage allow meetings; ance to be determined qy'the Finance Committee. Upon motion on each recommendation, he three above listed recommendations were duly seconded, pa.ssed unanimously.
