Show STATE BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING Minutes of the Board of Directors of the Utah State Federation of Business and Professicnal Women's Clubs held at the Newhouse ,Hotel in Salt Lake City, Utah, Sunday MarCh 17, 1935 at 1:30 p.m. President Clegg presiding. Minutes of Board of Directors 1934 were read and approved. meeting held Sept. 30, Second Vice-President Blanch Pittman was reported that she happ'y over the response of the various committee ehairman, and judging from the splendid material she had received that· all committee chairman were functioning. Splendid written reports were given by the following standing committee chairmen, reports are part of this record:. Finance Health International Relations Legislation Research Magazine Membership filed and made Grace Cheever Read by corr. Sec'y Re_d·by corr. sec a Elizabeth Fitzgerald Alice Manning Elizabeth Crawford 's Read by Pres. Clegg who reported that with the addition of the two new clubs, St. George and Cedar our total membership had increased to 453. . Maude Leaver Program Mrs. Leaver suggested that all clubs having printed programs that th&,V exhibit· them at State Convention. President Clegg stated that Margaret Edwards of Logan had been appointed to act as chairman of the music. Publicity given by Pres. Clegg Public Relations Gilberta Gillespie Gilberta Gillespie moved the adopti9n of all reports of the committee chairmen. Motion seconded and carried. were Minutes of Executi Board meeting held March 17,1935 read. |
