Mrs. Leaver further reported that $150.00 had,been received from the Chairman of the 1956 Regional Conference, representing the balance of funds from that Conference, which will be supplemented by approximately $200.00 from the National Federation, the balance of the expene to be Mrs. Leaver financed by the clubs of the western region. stated that the expense of the conference should not be a burden on the clubs, that every effort would be put forth to make the conference self-sustaining, and that she would work to the best of her mentioned that in times ability to make it a success.
