Show MINUTES OF THE THIRTEENTH· ANNUAL CONVENTION OF THE UTAH FEDERATION OF BUSINESS AND PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S CLUBS Minutes of the Thirteenth Annual Convention of the Utah Federation of Business and Professional Women's Clubs, held in Salt Lake City, Utah, M 25, and 26, 1935. MEETING OF EXECUTIVE OFFICERS The Executive Committee met May 25, 1935 at 10 a.m. Members present: Lula Clegg Ni al, Nelson Blanch Pittman Lora Dunn Jesse Orser Ruby Stringham were president 1st V. P. 2nd V. P. Rec. Sec'y Treas. Corr. Seery Minutes of Executive Board meeting held March 17,1935 read and approved. Jesse Orser, Treasurer read her report (copy attached) Mrs. Orser moved the acceptance of her report, which was duly seconded and carried. Ruby Stringham, reported on the printing and sales of the Constitution and by-laws, that copies had been sent to all clubs. Mrs. Stringham moved the acceptance of her report. Motion seconded and carried. Ruby Stringha read a letter from the President of the Chatanooga, Tennessee Chapter sponsoring CharI Williams for President of the National Federati"n. She also read a letter from Geline MacDonald Bowman regarding transportation to the Biennial Convention. 1st Vice-President, Nial Nelson, page 9 of the report. / read her report on State Bulletin and moved the acceptance of her Motion seconded and carried. Nial Nelson, Chairman of District conferences presented the recommendat ions ss printed on page 9 of the Bulletin, and moved their adoption. Motion seconded and carried. |
