The President reported that an invitation of the Cedar City Club to hold the next State Convention there had She been presented to the Executive Committee and accepted. all Club members to plan to at t.end, She also stat ed encouraged that Cedar City may desire to have the Convention a little earlier in the year and for that reason no date had been set. It was reported by President Cheever that the Ex ecutive Committee had also considered the matter of District Conferences which are to convene next month. Mrs. Olive Hansen, First Vice-President, presented plans for the meetings d dates and places at which it is proposed to hold District Conferences, as follows: Division Place Date Eastern Vernal Central Coalville Richfield Southern Dixie Cedar Northern Ogden Helper South Central October 1936 Saturday, 10th Sunday, 11th Saturday, 17th Sunday, 18th Saturday, 24th Sunday, 25th City She also reported it was planned to leave the musical part of the program to the local clubs and that the Board would furnish the speakers.
