Upon motion of Miss McArthur, seconded by Elizabeth Bonner, carried, the report was accepted. and Mrs. Maud President Cheever announced that last fall Neeley Leaver had been appointed by the Board of Directors as Director of the 1958 Regional Conference to be held in Utah. Mrs. Leaver reported that at the 1956 Regional Conference at Lake Tahoe an invitation had been extended by President Cheever to hold the 1958 Regional Con ference in Utah, which invitation had been accepted. Also, that in written response to inquiries mailed out to all members of the retiring Board of Directors, the action had been unanimously approved.
