Show The State Treasurer shall be wholly responsible for all All funds from the State expenses of the State Convention. Convention shall be turned into the State Treasury immediqtely at the close of the Stpte Convention, arid all eypenses in connection with the stte Convention shall be aid by the Treasurer fro this fund. In order to conduct the business of the c nvention with dispRth, all speeche2 to any motion or topic of dis cussion shall be limited to three minutes.
