There has been a change from human and animal pwer to machiner, electrical and automtc power. Urbanization has brought with it many sociological and psychological chnges that are affecting women. It Is no secret that many women's groups and women's organizations currently experiencing membership problems. Many organizations have found that they are,faf'i"g to attract young women. Is this happening to you?
