The chairman of each program area, Personal Develop ment, Civic Participation, and lorld Affairs, should be given those sections from the original and the new material which pertain to her particular committee. She should be encouraged to keep these sections, along with resource pertinent mailings, material and reports in a notebook to be pas sed on to her successors.
