INVITED State Officers, State Chairman, District Directors ['Q WHAT: One of Nine FEDERATION LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES :ONFERENCE THEME: ACHIEVE )URPOSE: .A General Orientation and Understanding of the Federation • DUpont 7-4313 MESSAGE VHO'S INVITED: THROUGH C. - Club Presidents LEADERSHIP Program Planning and Membership Principles of Leadership • Basic The National Membership Evaluarion Committee reported the findings of the Membership Evaluation Survey to the National Board of Directors and because of the apparent desire and need, recommended to the convention body that-"A series of nine Federation Lead ership Conferences be held during the month of September for State Officers and Chairmen, District Directors, and local club Presidents or their representative,' that the purpose of the Conferences be (1) a general orientation and understanding of the Federation,' (2) program planning and membership; (3) basic principles of leadership; that three of these conferences be held in the eastern part of the United States, three in the central part, and three in the West; that the cost of the conferences be the responsibility of the National Federation, and that the expense of the individual be the responsibility of the individual, and/or State Federation, District, or local club.
