I first want to congratulate the three"program Personal Development; Vi.rginia Civic and accomplished during c ha Lrmen-o-Taan Fox" Benson, Participation; Dunford, World Affairs, for the excellent leadership they have exhibited,in their assignments. They·have been real leaders. Through coordination of our programs this year, we feel .we·have·had a very successful year. They have worked together with me willingly, and the-may suggestions we were able to exchange helped all of us. to 'perform our duties better. May I suggest,.as your clubs are·being ·reorganized·due·to·the elections, the program coordinator meet with, her conunittee our v members -because inunediately and set up the program for the year. you.have lost the most valuable time of the year Don't wait until September for planning. During the Fall Board Meeting my conunittee chairmen and I met with club program chairmen, and we tried to offer suggestions and recommendations to ·these·people for an·outstanding program.
