Libbie Iv\aughan must be recognized for her ou't standing work as Membership Chairman She is a devoted BPW member She proved this by constantly reminding the clubs of the value received from belonging to such a wonderful organization and by keeping the loca I chairmen informed at all times on our standing at nctiono I headquarters The total membersh ip has not exceeded nor reached that of last year! but there IS! st!!! With the ratification of thus action here at the State Convention, we can assure you we are incorporated. This should have been done years ago, but we are happy to add this to another of our accomplishments for the year This will enable us to re ce ive financial gnns which we have not been able to do in the pest because of tax reasons now 0 .. The event that has pleased me most this year, because it means so much to the enlill"e Federation, is having Dorothy M Ford, National President, as our Ncrlonc] Representative at the State Convention. This makes history, because this is the first time we have ever had a national president whi Ie she is serving in that office at the State Convenfion We are all very appreciative of her being able to be with us during the Convention, and we tru Iy hope her visit to Utah wi II be a memorable one. .. , To close this report without recognizing the members of the executive committee would be They have a II shared in this yecrs activities and have performed their duties efficiently and expertly. It is a thri lling experience to work so closely with women of their caliber, because so much can be given to the Federation by working cooperatively and willingly together and also by sharing experiences and ideas So, to each of you, I want to express my sincere appreciation and thanks.
