She was president of the Association of utah School Business Officials for 1961 and 1962. Frances has been a member of the Aaeceiatd.on- ·(.)f Sehool Busdne ss Officials of the Un;i ted States and Canada for seven years, and has been a member of the International Committee of Personnel Management Research for this organization. She has twice been designated by the A.S.BO. as Utah representative to the U. S.
