Resembles Lepidogrammus in having the nostrils hidden by bristles, but is otherwise very like the more typical Phcenicophdinae. Distinguished from its allies by the crested superciliary feathers, which seem to be an extreme development of the hairy bristles noticed on some of the other genera. Genus 4. R H I N O R T H A.
