Evans Utah State Historic Preservation Officer Utah Division of State History 300 Rio Grande Salt lake City, UT 84101-1182 RE: Agreement to Waive National Register Comment Period for the Cyrus Dallin House and ClG Approval of Nomination Dear Mr. Evans: In accordance with the requirements of 36 CFR 60.6(f), we hereby agree to waive the standard thirty day comment period for the proposed nomination of the Cyrus Dallin House, located at 253 South 300 East, Springville, to the National Register of Historic Places.
