" There is nothing on the Green River where measurements on the Green River below Greenriver, Utah, are taken, and no measurements on the Colorado River above the Green, except at Cisco - I mean in that immediate stretch." R. 149. The information gathered on this case relative to the flow of these two rivers, was from the Lees Ferry, Greenriver, and Cisco gauging stations. The San Juan records give the best available information as to the flow at any time. R. 149- 150.
