Show 120 -- 116-- Colorado and Utah, has been Incorporated into a report. This report is identified as Complainant's Exhibit No. 86, and is received in evidence. R. 268. [ The Special Master; Counsel for the State of Utah reserves the right to object to the admission of any parts of Exhibit 86, but in case such objections are made, he is willing that the Government may recall Mr. Hoyt to testify personally to such matters as he may be competent to testify to; is that right? Mr. Farnsworth; That is Correct. R. 268] The pictures accompanying the report, Complainant's Exhibit No. 86, have been marked Complainant's Exhibit No. 87, and was received in evidence. R. 255. Complainant's Exhibit No. 88, being a compilation by W. G. Hoyt, of the stream flow characteristics of the several rivers at the base gauging stations, is received in evidence. R. 255- 260. " Mr. Farnsworth: The tables do not represent all of the readings taken at the respective stations referred to in them, do they? " The Witness: These tables show the yearly run- off at all of the stations for all of the years, the mean monthly run- off from all of the stations for all of the years; the minimum days for each month for all of the years; and the maximum run- off for each month for all of the years; and then studies of deficiency tables which show the number of days of each month that the flow has been less or more than certain amounts."
