" By Mr. Farnsworth: " Q including the 19.4, or opposite that? " A That is twice besides between Miles 19 and 20. " Q Where was the second point - 19.4 and - " A 19.4, and the other was 19.6. " Q Have you got it on there? ( indicating exhibit). " A It is all on here ( indicating). I naturally can not talk from memory, and maybe I am trying to hurry this too much." R. 216- 217. On plate 18 [ Complainant's Exhibit no. 10] the course of the river is shown, " from Mile 21.5, through to a point above the oil operations, through to mile 50 above the Green River." R. 217. In connection with the trouble at Miles 18.3 and Miles 19.4 and 19.6, " the trouble at Mile 18.3 was apparently due to the fact that the channel was not against the bank, where ordinarily it would have been supposed to have been. The trouble at miles 19.4 and 19.6 was the direct result of the crossing bar. We reached Mile 22 shortly afternoon, on Sunday, October 20th.
