Powell, bearing the imprint of the Government Printing Office, Washington, 1879, was received in evidence. R. 102- 103. Complainant's Exhibit No. 53, a chart entitled " Rain Chart of the United States," by Charles A. Schott, constructed in 1863, is received in evidence. R. 103.
