Show Dellenbaugh- D THE SPECIAL MASTER: I am merely taking Mr. Black- nature of the evidence. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I should say original documents in the possession of the early Mormon Church would have a bearing on the facts that I stated; they contain valuable information on one side of the other, possibly on both sides, as very frequently happens in a case like this. MR. FARNSWORTH: There are one of two ways of our knowing anything about it, that is, to take time now to look these documents over carefully and make such objections as we want to, or later. I will have to start in my case any surprise evidence. If there is, of course, you should have such an opportunity to read it. I think the best thing to do is for me not to pass on these matters now, but to give you ample opportunity to read the testimony and call such evidence and witnesses as you may wish to. If then you wish to press any objection to it, then I shall give Mr. Blackmar the opportunity to offer this proof in some other more formal way that is relevant. Is that satisfactory, Mr. Blackmar? |
