It may simply be of assistance. MR. FARNSWORTH: I understand, Mr. Blackmar, the record may show it is stipulated Mr. Dan Perkins, if called to testify, would testify substantially as did Mr. G. W. Perkins, and that such testimony may be considered of the same force and effect as if he had testified personally? MR. BLACKMAR: That is satisfactory to me. THE SPECIAL MASTER: How old is he? MR. FARNSWORTH: How old is Mr. Dan Perkins? MR. H. C. PERKINS: Forty- two. MR. FARNSWORTH: Would it be agreeable to adjourn until 2: 30? THE SPECIAL MASTER: If you think we can get along all right. MR.
