THE SPECIAL MASTER: What does that consist of, Mr. Blackmar? MR. BLACKMAR: That document consists prin-cipally of the evidence as to how they got into Kanab Stake, and other places, the method of transportation. THE SPECIAL MASTER: What was Kanab Stake? MR. BLACKMAR: Kanab Stake was a Mormon settle-ment down there in that section of Utah in east of the Virgin river and north of the Colorado river. MR. FARNSWORTH: And a long ways west from the Colorado. THE SPECIAL MASTER: That is near the town of Kanab? |
