THE SPECIAL MASTER: Simply means, as I understand, that in the somewhat flexible practice we have indulged in in trying this case, Mr. Farnsworth does not wish to be pre-cluded from raising an objection to the relevancy of any portion of a document which he has not yet read; the do-cuments having been admitted, if there are certain portions of those documents to which he wishes to raise an objection, he does not wish to be foreclosed from doing so because of the fact he has not raised it at the immediate time. MR. BLACKMAR: I think that is perfectly satisfactory. THE SPECIAL MASTER: Noe, before the State opens, I am prepared to make a ruling on the evidence which has been offered by the government as to conditions on the Grand and the Green rivers north of the portions of the river involved in this suit.
