I will say, they all seem to be extracts from documents or newspapers prior to 1866, with the exception of the Exhibit 620, which relates to the Mormon settlement at Bluff, and which contains extracts from diaries and other documents from the year 1879 to 1884. Also the document regarding Kanab and Pike Springs is documents and newspaper extracts from 1865 to 1874. We will take a recess for five minutes. MR. BLACKMAR: The government rests. THE SPECIAL MASTER: It is understood that if any objection is raised by Mr. Farnsworth to the form of proof of these matters offered this morning, that the government will have opportunity to prove them in some other way if it so desires.
