BLACKMAR: No, Mr. Farnsworth, that is not correct. That document is offered for its bearing upon navigation and for whatever other purpose it may be competent to prove. MR. FARNSWORTH: Well, if it is offered for all those purposes, we object to it as not within the issue in this case. If it is offered for any purpose of showing any disposition of the bed of the San Juan river, or of any portion of the bed of the San Juan river, it clearly is irrelevant, and not within any issue existing between the parties in this case. THE SPECIAL MASTER: I think that is a matter for argument, Mr. Farnsworth. I think the court will take judicial notice of every executive order of the President. MR. FARNSWORTH: I think probably that is true. But if counsel offers it, I state my objection. Now, there are certain other exhibits that we want to examine.
